Here's how delivery and pickup work when you order from Shuchi Bakery.

Where we deliver

We currently offer local delivery across serviceable areas in Cuttack & Bhubaneswar. Coverage depends on your PIN code — enter your delivery address at checkout and we'll confirm right away whether we can deliver there.

Delivery timing

Most local orders can be ready within about 24 hours, depending on the product, any customization requested, and slot availability. Delivery timing depends on product customization and slot availability — we'll never promise a slot we can't keep, and for custom or made-to-order items, we may need more lead time.

Delivery slots

You'll choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout. If a slot is full, we'll show you the next available one so you can pick a time that works for you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary by zone and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may be waived on orders above a minimum free-delivery threshold, where applicable.

Store pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Pickup is available as an alternative to delivery — just select the pickup option at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

If delivery can't be completed

If we're unable to complete a delivery — for example, if no one is available at the address provided — we'll contact you on the phone number given with your order to arrange a redelivery or alternative solution.

Non-local & bulk orders

For select bulk orders or deliveries outside our local zones, we may fulfil your order through a courier partner where applicable. Any additional timelines or charges for courier-based delivery will be shared with you before your order is confirmed.
